President Wendy Cadge

²ÝÁñ³ÉÈËÉçÇø's 10th President

Welcome to the office of Wendy Cadge, ²ÝÁñ³ÉÈËÉçÇø’s 10th president!

President Wendy Cadge and Community

Since taking office in July 2024, Wendy has immersed herself in an energetic process of deep learning and reflection about ²ÝÁñ³ÉÈËÉçÇø. In classrooms, offices, labs, playing fields and Zoom rooms, she is engaging with the College’s remarkable worldwide community – students, staff, faculty, and alums – to understand the distinctive power of a ²ÝÁñ³ÉÈËÉçÇø education.

Grounded in her experience as a scholar, educator, and academic leader, Wendy has invited the campus to learn alongside her, launching a series of campus forums on current issues in higher education as well as presentations at Coffee Hours on such topics as student summer research, fellowships, voting and civic engagement.

Wendy, her wife Deborah, their middle-school-aged children – and the family menagerie of pugs, cats, and a frog – have enthusiastically embraced ²ÝÁñ³ÉÈËÉçÇø’s traditions and have even introduced the campus community to a few of their own, including a family tradition involving the Bones Family of skeletons popping up in unexpected places.

The work of the President’s Office happens in partnership and in community, with the Board of Trustees, the Senior Staff, and our colleagues across campus. Let us know how we can support you.
