THE POSITION
From its founding as the first women's college in the United States to offer students the opportunity to earn a Ph.D., ²ÝÁñ³ÉÈËÉçÇø has been a place where innovation flourishes. ²ÝÁñ³ÉÈËÉçÇø is seeking an Associate Registrar to join our team. This fast paced position supports the Registrar in overseeing the operations of the Registrar's Office, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and security of all academic records, and compliance with institutional policies and external regulations. The role includes functional management and maintenance of the student information system, PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, and catalog system, CourseLeaf CAT. In addition to primary functional oversight for the curriculum planning, registration, and grading for all schools. The Associate Registrar position is a key liaison between stakeholders within LITS Administrative computing, partner offices and the graduate schools.
Core responsibilities include:
- Manage and maintain student information systems (SIS) and other relevant software.
- Develops PeopleSoft queries in response to data requests. Runs data audits to ensure accuracy.
- Manages all Registrar aspects of Graduation - Coordinate student graduation review, Commencement Program Production, and diplomas, acts as the liason with Conferences and Events.
- Liaison/Coordinator for our Graduate Schools. Includes support for curriculum planning and development, oversees registration processes, and grading.
- Oversees AB/MA and AB/MSS dual enrollment student processes and advising
- Updates and publishes the College’s Undergraduate Course Catalog annually; develops a comprehensive knowledge of the curriculum, programs and policies.
- Answers or directs inquiries concerning the College’s policies, academic rules, regulations and procedures
- Act as the Registrar in their absence, making decisions and representing the office as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 5 years related experience.
- Direct experience in a Registrar’s Office
- Extensive experience with student information systems (SIS) and data management, PeopleSoft Campus Solutions or Workday Student preferred.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in academic software and database management, and Excel.
- A combination of education and relevant experience from which comparable knowledge is demonstrated may be considered.
