Reception for The Reactor Room: An Immersive Chornobyl Exhibition
Join us for the opening of The Reactor Room: An Immersive Chornobyl, an interactive physical installation that invites audiences to learn about the Chornobyl nuclear disaster's histories and legacies.
Members of the design team and student contributors will speak about their experiences putting together the Room. Refreshments will be served.
The Reactor Room is an interactive physical installation that invites audiences to learn about the Chornobyl nuclear disaster's histories and legacies. It showcases the work of Professor José Vergara’s course RUSSB220 Chornobyl taught at ²ÝÁñ³ÉÈËÉçÇø (Fall 2023) and RUSS043 Chernobyl: Nuclear Narratives and the Environment at Swarthmore College (Spring 2020), as well as projects developed by the ²ÝÁñ³ÉÈËÉçÇø Digital Scholarship Summer Fellows (Summer 2023).
