Start/stop/continue survey coming Thursday

The below message was sent to staff on September 17, 2024. A nearly identical message was sent to faculty.


Dear Staff Colleagues, 

I am continuing to learn about the College and am hoping you can take ten minutes to offer your perspective on what we might start, stop and continue here to best meet our . The survey itself will arrive in your in-box on Thursday, September 19, and will come from David Consiglio, Director of Assessment and Learning Spaces. Please share this email with staff who are not regularly in front of a computer, and my team will also follow up with those teams as well.  

I will reflect back what I learn from faculty and from staff at the end of this semester and will also include it in the reflections I share early in 2025 to help us think about the College’s next chapter. I will be in conversation with students about these same questions later this fall.  

Dave Consiglio will organize what you offer, which will be shared with me without your name or any other identifying information. If you have additional questions about how the information you share will be used, please contact him at dconsiglio@brynmawr.edu

I view this as a supplement to the strategic planning work the College completed over the last two years. If you have ideas – large or small – coming out of that work, including those left on the proverbial cutting room floor, please send them to me as (ideally short) word docs at wcadge@brynmawr.edu. I will review everything I receive as part of preparing my reflections.
