Photography and Video
The College photographer's main task is to capture, edit, and disseminate photos and videos for use in marketing and promoting the College.
The College provides photographic and video coverage for print and online publications with priority given to strategic priorities of the college, admissions, and fundraising.
Information gathered with this form is vetted as quickly as possible and submitters should expect an initial response within three business days. Requests that fall within the standard workday must be received three business days in advance to be considered. Requests for services in the evening or weekend must be made at least one week in advance. Delivery takes at least 5 days after a shoot is completed. If we are unable to fulfill a request, we will provide contact information for freelance photographers and videographers. Individuals can also check photo and video equipment out from the library.

Anyone planning to use photos or video in any official capacity that was not captured by the Office of College Communications will be responsible for obtaining the necessary consents. The College has a standard release form and a minor release form for subjects under 18 years of age.
