Event Publicity
The Communications Office provides promotional assistance to students, faculty and staff who are organizing events. The extent of what help can be provided depends on the nature of the event, timing, audience, location, and many other factors.
Digital Resources
Members of the ²ÝÁñ³ÉÈËÉçÇø community can submit information for an event webpage to display on the College's Events Calendar.
Events can also be announced in the Daily Digest e-newsletter during the academic year.
Events and Daily Digest submissions are made through a single form. Note: Booking a room reservation or other space on campus is done separately . Space needs to be booked before Event/Daily Digest submissions are made.

Print Resources
The Communications Office produces print assets, such as table tents for the dining halls and posters for display around campus (see Printed Materials Guidelines for specifics).
Production timelines for print materials depend on the scope and complexity of the project.
Print project requests can be submitted through the Project Request Form. The Communications office will respond within one business day.
