Established by a first gift by Mr. and Mrs. Gale G. Plsley, Jr., in memory of their daughter, Susan Pasley MacKenzie, Class of 1967.
Helen Taft Manning Fund for Library Development in the Field of History
, beginning with fiscal year 2003.
Designated for the purchase of materials in History.
Established by a gift from Barbara Janney Trimble, Class of 1960, in honor of Helen Taft Manning, Class of 1915 and member of the ²ÝÁñ³ÉÈËÉçÇø Faculty from 1930 until her retirement in 1956.
Delia Mares Fund
Designated for the purchase of materials in Political Science (Communications and International Relations).
Established by a gift from the Mares Foundation in honor of Delia N. Smith Mares (Mrs. Joseph R. Mares), Class of 1926. Delia Mares had earlier established a book fund in honor of Margaret Nichols Smith and Content Nichols Smith.
Mathematical Book Fund
Designated for the purchase of books or periodicals in Mathematics.
Established by a gift from Emilie Norton Martin, Class of 1894, Ph.D. 1901, in appreciation of benefits received and of inspiration given during her study under the guidance of Professor Charlotte Angas Scott, Professor of Mathematics
Agnes Kirsopp Lake Michels Fund for the Purchase of Books in Various Fields of Classical Studies
, beginning with fiscal year 2003.
Designated for the purchase of books in the Classics.
Established as a fund to honor Agnes Kirsopp Lake Michels, who was a member of the ²ÝÁñ³ÉÈËÉçÇø Faculty from 1934 until her retirement in 1974. Started with initial gifts from Marianne McDonald Santas, Class of 1958, and others. After initial donations were received, the Latin Department took on a program of active solicitation and there has been a steady stream of contributions to this fund over the years.
Charles R. Miller Memorial Fund
Designated for the purchase of materials for the general collection.
Established at the bequest of Madge D. Miller, Class of 1901, in memory of her father, Charles R. Miller. Charles R. Miller was editor of the New York Times. Madge D. Miller's major subjects were German and French. She also bequeathed considerable money to the "100 Neediest Cases Fund" of the New York Times.

Agnes Mongan History of Art Fund
Designated for the purchase of materials in the History of Art.
Established in honor of Agnes Mongan (Class of 1927, M.A. 1929) from a gift by the Class of 1927 at the time of their 50th Reunion. Originally the fund was intended to support the work of the Department of History of Art but was changed to a book fund at the request of the Chairman of the History of Art Department.
Milton C. Nahm Fund for Library Purchases in Department of Philosophy
, beginning with fiscal year 2003.
Designated for the purchase of materials in Philosophy.
Established by receipt of money toward a Campaign pledge of Ruth Kaiser Nelson, Class of 1958, in honor of Milton Nahm because she, "would like him to know that his teaching made a lasting impression," on her.
